Telemont has been operating in Brazil for over 45 years, providing end-to-end services in the areas of telecommunications, energy and IT. The company offers, for example, voice, broadband and data communication, information technology, multimedia transport, and energy systems management. 

Telemont's need was to get professionals in the Information Technology (IT) area, specifically PHP developers who, in addition to having the technical skills inherent to the position, also suited the company's organizational culture. 

However, numbers show that hiring IT professionals is not something simple, quite the opposite. Demands for professionals in this market are at a historic peak, and there is a great shortage in this area. It is not by chance that, today, there is the figure of the Tech Recruiter, that is, a specialist recruiter for IT projects and other technological initiatives who, in addition to the inherent skills of the Human Resources (HR) area, also has constantly updated knowledge of the IT area, such as programming languages ​​and incipient technologies. 

In other words: the IT market is the one with the most difficult job openings to fill. A study by Indeed, which publicizes job opportunities to more than 250 million unique visitors per month, portrays the current scenario with numbers: according to the analysis, among the 15 jobs considered the most difficult to fill (that is, those vacancies opened by more than 60 days), no less than 11 were from the IT area. The survey was based on data collected between January and March 2022.

In this case, allocation is the outsourcing of IT professionals at Telemont's facilities. It means that, at first, the professionals are hired by Visionnaire to work at Telemont. By insourcing, it is understood and foreseen the possibility of these professionals becoming part of Telemont's staff after a period of allocation. It is as if Visionnaire had carried out a long-term Recruitment and Selection (Hunting) process for Telemont.
