Through a representative in New York, TBS approached Visionnaire with the need for specialized support for Cisco, a global tech leader founded in 1994 that develops, manufactures, and sells network hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and technology services. 

Cisco needed highly qualified professionals in São Paulo with proven experience in installing and troubleshooting relevant software and hardware, customer IT support, and Office 365 expertise. These specialists were responsible for a range of tasks, including:
