Summarized Problem
Grupo Madero faced the challenge of rapidly expanding its information technology capacity in a scenario of high demand for digital solutions and a strong shortage of qualified professionals in the market. The need to accelerate technological initiatives required the agile formation of teams without compromising technical quality and alignment with the company’s culture. Additionally, the company sought a model that went beyond simple outsourcing, allowing it to evaluate, monitor, and eventually internalize strategic talent, ensuring greater control over projects and long-term sustainability of the IT area.

Summarized Solution
Visionnaire, through a flexible model of IT professional allocation with the possibility of internalization, enabled Grupo Madero to quickly rely on qualified specialists to meet technological demands. The professionals were previously selected, evaluated, and approved by the client, ensuring technical and behavioral alignment with project needs. In addition to allocation, the solution included full support in recruitment, performance monitoring, periodic reporting, and operational resource management, providing greater control and transparency. This allowed Madero not only to scale its team quickly but also to structure the development of a strong internal team over time.

Results
With Visionnaire’s knowledge and experience, Grupo Madero was able to rapidly scale its technology team with qualified professionals to meet business demands. It also achieved improvements in quality and productivity through performance evaluations, metrics, and continuous monitoring of professionals.

The company also gained increased operational control, with periodic reports, time management, and clear process definitions (overtime, travel, etc.), and built a long-term internal team by leveraging the internalization of allocated professionals.

In summary, Madero aimed to gain execution speed, delivery quality, and future autonomy with its own IT team, and that is exactly what Visionnaire successfully delivered.

Technologies
The main technology in this project was C#, a modern, object-oriented programming language developed by Microsoft and widely used to build enterprise systems, APIs, web applications, and integrations.

C# is broadly used in enterprise systems, which created demand for qualified C# developers—professionals who are difficult to find in the market—reinforcing the need for Visionnaire’s support in allocating these resources.

Visionnaire - Case - Grupo Madero

Detailed Problem
Grupo Madero is a restaurant chain founded in 2005 by chef Junior Durski in Curitiba. With more than 270 locations (including Madero Steak House, Container, and Jerônimo), it stands out for its handcrafted burgers and proprietary organic ingredients.

Amid the context of the 2020 pandemic, Grupo Madero, which operated only with physical stores, suddenly faced the need for an online project. It became necessary to rely on a fast service provider.

The organization needed to allocate qualified IT professionals, as well as rely on specialized recruitment support, due to the difficulty of finding skilled labor in the market. There was a need for a flexible model that allowed outsourcing (allocation) with the possibility of future internalization, according to project evolution.

Additionally, the company sought a provider capable of delivering complete management processes (performance evaluation, reports, SLAs, and work structure) to support business growth and digital transformation.

In summary, Madero needed scale, speed, and quality in building IT teams, along with flexibility to incorporate these professionals internally in the future.

Detailed Solution
With agility, Visionnaire helped Madero develop its online sales system, as well as its totem-based sales software. IT professionals specialized in C# and the Microsoft platform were selected by Visionnaire and approved by Grupo Madero to work on this project.

The model used was allocation, which included the possibility that, after a period, Madero could directly hire these professionals, turning allocation into internalization. The solution also included a complete support package with recruitment, performance monitoring, reporting, time management, and work flexibility.

In summary, Visionnaire proposed a hybrid solution: quickly providing qualified workforce while enabling the construction of a long-term internal team at Madero.

In short, Visionnaire, through joint work between its technical team and specialized IT HR team, searched for, identified, and selected candidates who were sent for interviews at Grupo Madero. Those approved were hired by Visionnaire to work on the client’s projects.
