Create a new corporate and informational website for Top Aviation, aimed at ease of updating and content
management. It was necessary to provide autonomy and independence to the company’s content creators, without the need
to depend on a specialized technical team to post articles and news, and change menus/components, for example. It was also
necessary to promote support for the new website in a cloud environment, as well as the services for the e-mail server and
the sending of transactional e-mails.
Solution
Using WebPublication, Visionnaire's own tool for creating, managing and maintaining websites, Top
Aviation could not only have a new responsive website, but also ease in managing the content of the new site. Based on
Visionnaire's knowledge of different cloud service tools, Top Aviation was able to rely on a safe and reliable environment
for the development of the project.
Results
WebPublication made it possible to generate, publish, and manage the content of the new Top Aviation
portal in an easy, fast, and decentralized way. Not only that, the tool accelerated processes, reduced costs, and allowed
the company to focus on content and its online communication strategy.
It is not necessary to have specific programming knowledge to use WebPublication. Visionnaire provided both initial and on-demand training, so Top Aviation had no difficulty mastering the system. Support was also provided for both basic issues and emergency situations.

Top Aviation is a company specialized in aircraft maintenance and repair, providing services
such as Aircraft Management, Aeronautical Insurance, Crew Management, Ground Services, Hangarages, Supplies, Charters, Transport
of Orders and Values, in addition to Special Operations. The company also markets new and used aircraft, parts, and accessories.
Top Aviation's need was to have a new corporate website, informative, modern and beautiful, living up to the quality of services provided by the company. The objective was to facilitate the process of updates, new creations, maintenance and storage of the contents generated daily from the use of a tool that centralized them.
It was also necessary to provide autonomy and independence to the company’s content creators, without the need to depend on a specialized technical team to post articles, news, and change menus/components, for example. There was also the need to promote support for the new Top Aviation website. Therefore, it was not enough to limit itself to the creation of the new site.
Top Aviation also needed the implementation, hosting, maintenance, and monitoring of the developed project, to be consolidated in a Datacenter environment in the cloud, as well as the services for the e-mail server and the sending of transactional e-mails.
Detailed Solution
Visionnaire has its own CMS (Content Management System) solution, named WebPublication. It
is a complete and customizable tool for creating, managing, and maintaining websites, therefore ideal for Top Aviation's needs. WebPublication
enabled Top Aviation not only to create a new responsive website (that is, one that adapts to the user's screen size), but
also to generate, publish and manage content on its new portal.
Visionnaire also carried out the deployment, hosting, maintenance and monitoring of the developed project, all in a cloud environment. Using the most famous solutions in the world market, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, the project was carried out in a safe environment.
Visionnaire also provided backup services for servers, virtual machines and data, since it specializes in using tools like Google Nearline and AWS Glacier. For the e-mail service, Visionnaire led the migration of the domain's servers topaviation.net.br. We use tools like Zoho Mail, Google Apps for Business (GSuite), Rackspace Email Hosting, Kinghost Email Hosting, Outlook in the Cloud (Azure) or Mailcheap.
