The demand required a Content Management System (CMS) because, due to the large volume of information
and the need for constant updating, the development of a static site would not be possible. Therefore, Visionnaire WebPublication,

The city of Piraquara, in the state of Paraná, is officially recognized as the Water
Capital of Paraná due to its springs, which constitute an environmental protection area responsible for half of the
water supply in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, capital of the state. As a result of the growth of the state capital
and the cities around it, Piraquara has become increasingly attractive to entrepreneurs and traders.
According to a survey by the Paraná Institute of Economic and Social Development (IPARDES), Piraquara has above-average population growth due to its commuter city profile, as many of its inhabitants work in Curitiba and choose the city to live and grow, thus attracting the new middle class in search of quality of life.
Visionnaire and Piraquara City Hall had already had a successful partnership since 2013. Visionnaire was responsible for updating Piraquara City Hall's website, which until then was composed of static pages and followed old web concepts. Enabled as the best solution, Visionnaire quickly developed and launched a new site, being responsible for all design and technological infrastructure of the project.
With the new website up and running, the City Hall of Piraquara faced a new challenge: to further expand communication and make it more accessible and modern for the population, as communication with the public needs to be as efficient as possible as a public agency.
It was therefore necessary to carry out a new renovation of the Piraquara City Hall portal in order to add resources that were not yet available on the site (such as video tools) and keep the portal updated, following the latest web trends.
