Maintaining a good relationship with participants is a priority of the organization of the program

Visionnaire - PAFT 2022

Last Saturday (10/01), at PUCPR (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná), a follow-up meeting took place with students from the Programa de Atração e Formação de Talentos (Talent Attraction and Training Program). During the event, representatives of Visionnaire, Bradesco and PUCPR talked with the participants about the progress of the classes. Sergio Mainetti Jr., Co-founder and Director of Visionnaire, was present.

The event marks the care that Visionnaire, Bradesco and PUCPR have in their relationship with students. We believe that it is not enough to limit the initiative to classrooms, but it is important to listen to participants and track their progress, as well as share the progress of the course in general.

The Talent Attraction and Training Program is an initiative of Visionnaire and Bradesco, in partnership with PUCPR. Innovative and modern, the program will train 100 people so that they can later be hired for projects at both institutions.

Gratuitous, the program was open not only to interested students from PUCPR and other institutions, but also to professionals in general. Classes are taught by experienced teachers and focused on training in Software Development and Operation in five tracks (Front-End, Back-End, DevOps, Android and iOS). Depending on the track, the estimated duration is between six and nine months. Classes are focused on practice, with the vast majority of them taking place in PUCPR's computer labs.

More than 600 people applied, of which 102 were approved and distributed as follows: 25 in Front-End, 30 in Back-End, 24 in DevOps, 10 in Android and 13 in iOS. Students will receive a certificate issued by PUCPR.

Testimonials

“I started [at Bradesco] in September 2019, I ended up working on corporate cards for companies, and it was a new project. Today I am still on the same project and in the same area” – Juliano José Dziadzio, student of the first edition of the Talent Attraction and Training Program, organized in 2019, now working at Bradesco.

“The course was very nice for me, and I believe it was around six months of course duration, finishing the course with a “TCC”, which was a very nice experience, you could have your steps to present there the project. People liked it, they approved me, and I was invited to work at Bradesco” – Marco Antonio Oliveira, student of the first edition of the Talent Attraction and Training Program, organized in 2019, now working at Bradesco.
