Congratulations to everyone and congratulations on the unparalleled resilience of surviving 30 years as a technology company
based in Brazil.
Along with the 30th anniversary celebration, we
are also modernizing our visual
identity with a new logo, colors, and design. With this new visual identity, we seek to capture the moment we are experiencing
in the technology field and in society in general, which is the AI revolution moving towards exponential growth.
Our new slogan is “We guide beyond the horizon,” precisely referencing the era we live in, with AI about to enter
what in astronomy is called the “Event Horizon,” which is the boundary around a black hole where gravity is so
intense that nothing can escape, not even light, acting as a “point of no return.” Yes, Visionnaire guides you
through this moment, leading you and your company into the new era of intelligence.
Thirty years of resilience and perseverance
To think that 30 years ago there was no AI, no iPhone,
in fact, there wasn’t even Java! It was precisely around the time of the creation of the Java language, derived from
the concepts of Object-Oriented Programming and C++, that Visionnaire was founded. This was precisely due to the expertise
of its co-founders, who were already enthusiasts of software and technology at that time.
Today we are experiencing the Artificial Intelligence
revolution. Not that AI itself didn't “exist” 30 years ago, it did, mainly in academia, but what didn’t
exist was this AI revolution that we are witnessing today, especially after the “ChatGPT moment” of late 2022
/ early 2023. It’s funny to look back, and even 5 years ago when we celebrated the company’s 25th anniversary,
people didn’t imagine that the AI revolution would be so rapid. We are here, approximately 3 years after
ChatGPT became popular and available to everyone, and the speed of evolution is astounding, unlike anything we’ve ever
seen before in our history.
Visionnaire prepared for this moment. We had the
vision more than 3 years ago, and we “dove” into the world of AI in software. We specialize in the technologies
that are the basis for this AI revolution, such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG),
among others. Innovation and the constant search for new and better technologies is in our blood, it’s in our DNA, it’s
literally in our name “Visionnaire,” since we were born, and it couldn’t be any different this time, again,
Visionnaire innovating, at the forefront.
AI changes everything
As you can see in practically all our communications,
our entire website, all our blogs, we at Visionnaire have recognized this new AI revolution in the software world, and we
have invested in it. AI changes the way software is developed, and it changes the way software is used. AI changes the fundamentals,
shakes up the entire industry, makes the ground tremble like an earthquake, it’s as if everything we’ve experienced
in the last 30 years is starting all over again. It’s like a new PC revolution (only much bigger), a new internet revolution
(only even bigger), a new cloud revolution, a new mobile revolution (only bigger too). In fact, the AI revolution
will be so big and so fast that when we look back in the future, we’ll see that it was bigger than all the others combined!
It’s one of the greatest revolutions ever created by humankind in its history, and it will have lasting impacts on all
of society, finally shifting from a society of scarcity to a society of abundance, something we’ve been reading about
our whole lives in science fiction books.
AI has already changed the way we learn, the way
we ask questions, the way we interact with computers and devices. AI has already changed design, marketing, videos, and software
development (our main area, nowadays, no professional developer works without AI for coding). It has changed medicine, law,
HR, finance, and so many other areas. And it will change even more, much more, and very quickly. AI in the technology sector
is the most “certain” revolution of all past revolutions. If you or your company haven’t started yet, talk

Thirty years to be ready for this moment
Visionnaire took 30 years to be ready for this moment.
We develop software with AI, in synergy with experienced human software developers, in a Human-AI symbiosis. We also develop
AI as a final product, that is, intelligent systems, conversational interfaces, and in a fast way. As we say here at Visionnaire,
“Agile is no longer so agile.” In the AI age, what used to take months now takes weeks, what used
to take weeks now takes days, what used to take days now takes hours. Of course, we still develop software in the traditional
way, but this will increasingly change, and in the future everything will be AI-powered.
The founders of Visionnaire came from the academic
world, some specializing in AI and Machine Learning, even before this recent revolution. Three years ago, we invested “the
company” in the AI revolution. We
registered the trademark “AI Factory” in Brazil (three years ago this terminology sounded strange, but today
it is commonly used), we registered internet domains (URLs) referring to AI Factory, and have already presented our vision
in innovative lectures. We
envision that, in the future, all software factories will be AI factories.
We are in the age of AI, the age of Intelligence,
AI is free, it is and will be everywhere, it improves every day, therefore, paraphrasing Vinícius de Moraes, the Brazilian
poet and composer, “The non-intelligent, please forgive me, but intelligence is fundamental.” There is no longer
room for unintelligence in the society we live in now.
The next 30 years
We are 30, but what will the next 30 be like? Without
a doubt, the next 30 years will see such exponential growth that it's impossible to predict what society will be like in 30
years. But one thing is certain, Visionnaire will be there. And it will be innovating. Helping your company with the technological
