The need, on the part of Unimed Curitiba, was to be present in the digital environment so as not to lose ground in the midst of the Mobile Revolution, that is, the rapid development and dissemination of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, which have enabled people to connect with the digital world anywhere and anytime. 

The Mobile Revolution has significantly transformed how people consume content, communicate, and conduct business transactions. With it, companies began to reach their customers anytime, anywhere, and were able to create new products and services tailored to the needs of an increasingly connected population.
