PROBLEM
Create a recovery system, by means of an application with a graphical interface, single user, whose main function was to obtain and manage information generated by equipment running a core developed by Perkons (CorePK), sending it properly to a Central server for future processing.

TECHNOLOGY
This project used Java, C ++, Javadoc, Linux, Perkons internal systems (CorePK), APIs and SDKs for traffic monitoring equipment, Visual Paradigm for UML Enterprise Edition, XML, Log4j, APIs for integration with devices connected via USB, storage was not done in a database and used a Linux file system (C-Tree).
Detailed problem:
Perkons had the need to create a recovery system for traffic radars, called RecoverPK, and, for this, it needed a company to develop this solution, which was part of a Request for Proposal (RFP) of the company. The system was of high technical complexity, involving integration with embedded hardware and system (through APIs and SDKs), and was required to work on Linux and Windows platforms.
The RecoverPK system, a recovery system by means of an application with a graphical interface, single user, would have as main function to obtain and manage information generated by equipment running a core developed by Perkons (CorePK), sending it properly to a central server for the future processing.
Perkons had a great challenge on its hands and was looking in Curitiba and Pinhais, in Brazil, for qualified professionals in specific technologies, and found Visionnaire as the partner company for this. Perkons needed a supplier that had a stable and quality software development process, since the project should contemplate the development of an application following all phases of the standard software development cycle: analysis, design, execution, unit tests, system tests and homologation. It should synchronize the radar data, collect this data, and send it to a server.

Visionnaire was the company selected in the RFP and developed the system within deadlines and budgets, delivering it successfully. The system had a high technical complexity, since it is a system that also works in Linux, desktop mode, and that integrates with other systems through APIs, sending data to a server.
Even though complex and with many of the inherent factors being discovered in the course of development, Visionnaire, through a qualified team, developed and delivered the system within specification.
