Detailed problem:
A company in the financial sector did not allow the identification of customers through different access modes for cardless transactions, which caused restrictions on access modes for the use of cash machines of a nationwide network.
 
Therefore, it was necessary to allow the identification of the customer to be made using the branch and account numbers, Social Security Number (SSN) or cell phone number instead of the magnetic card. For that, it was necessary to provide a solution that was parameterizable by access mode and capable of identifying the customer without using the magnetic card.
 
The solution would be responsible for allowing different financial institutions to follow a trend in the financial market without renouncing the security necessary for this type of operation

Detailed solution:
The close partnership between Visionnaire and the financial sector company made it possible to develop a customizable solution. This means that financial institutions that choose to offer the cardless access solution can define specific transaction offers for each access mode, in addition to other configurations, such as consulting holders or accounts and sending the card’s magnetic track by holder.
 
The solution developed in partnership allows that, for each financial institution, it is possible to inform if the institution in question allows transactions without a card, what are its access modes without a card, code and name of the respective institution, visual and logo to be used and options of access mode available.
 
With the solution resulting from the partnership between Visionnaire and the financial sector company, the activation of transactions is done separately by access mode, associating each combination of financial institution and access mode with a record in a registration of offer of transactions.
