PROBLEM
Unimed Curitiba had the need to optimize and facilitate the usual way in which its beneficiaries and cooperatives sought information and requests, and adapted the new technological realities voted to Digital Transformation, thus giving the first step to this inevitable change.
 
SOLUTION
Visionnaire was responsible for developing a family of apps that run on a robust and secure platform, has a customized menu by company, with a wide range of features approved in several Unimeds, allowing greater agility on the part of the beneficiaries and cooperative. This solution was developed for Android and iOS platform, unifying various information in 3 applications:
 
TECHNOLOGY
Mobile Apps (Apps) have been developed in a hybrid way for Android and iOS platforms, with integrations to various Unimeds management systems. In this project we used technologies such as the Ionic Framework for application development and the backend developed in Java with microservice architecture using the resources of Google Cloud, as well as many other technologies in Development, Infrastructure / Cloud, Back-End and Applications.
The use of all the technology involved went far beyond the creation and development of mobile applications, making it a unique and exclusive solution for 20 Unimeds in the state of Paraná. Project in constant development with great potential for expansion.
 
RESULTS
With the new family of mobile applications (apps) developed in partnership with Unimed Federation of Paraná and Unimed Curitiba, its beneficiaries and cooperatives enjoy several functionalities, all integrated with its Unimed. For the beneficiaries, in the Unimed Client application it is possible to perform card unlocking, authorization consultation, request by photo, online scheduling, check attendance units and contact telephones. For the cooperative, in the Unimed Cooperado application it is possible to effect cadastral change, demonstration of INSS, part quotas, fee management, events, benefits, news, service units and laboratories. And in the Unimed Viver Bem application it is possible to receive specific health guidelines for your profile, as well as easy access to information related to the health programs in which they participate.
Detailed problem: Unimed Curitiba offered all the information related to its services in several service channels, so users had to perform searches to find which channel would meet their needs at any given time. As it already had Web systems for the use of its users, the need arose to integrate these services with mobile applications, in the mission to optimize and facilitate the whole process.
Detailed solution: Visionnaire was responsible, as a technological partner of the Unimed Federation of Paraná and Unimed Curitiba, in the creation and development of this application project with the main purpose of bringing the services offered by Unimed to users, for quick access and without complications and bureaucracies.
